I did a lot of trial and error until I kindof got a result that matches the elementary feeling - a little. I don't know of a way to get rid of the menubars (hide them,'globalmenu' them or 'menubutton' them). Icon theme is just the elementary mono dark icons from the elementary-icon-theme...
